Fulfillment Policy.
What you receive when you engage Full Bloom Wealth, how and when services are delivered, and our policies on cancellation and refunds.
1. Overview
Full Bloom Wealth provides professional financial planning and advisory services. This Fulfillment Policy explains what you receive when you engage us, how those services are delivered, and the terms governing cancellation and refunds. It is intended to set clear expectations for our clients and to satisfy our payment processor's (Stripe) merchant requirements.
2. Services We Deliver
Depending on the engagement you select, services may include:
- Discovery Consultation: a one-hour conversation with a Full Bloom Wealth advisor to understand your financial situation and determine fit
- Financial Planning Engagement: a structured planning process covering goals, cash flow, retirement and work-optional analysis, tax positioning, insurance, estate considerations, and business planning where applicable
- Ongoing Advisory Relationship: regular review cadence, decision support for major financial events, and coordination with your outside professionals
- Investment Management: when elected, provided through a separate engagement with our affiliated RIA, Atlas Financial, and governed by that separate agreement
- Insurance Implementation: when elected, with Full Bloom Wealth acting in an agent capacity
3. Delivery Method & Timeline
3.1 How services are delivered
- Scheduled video or phone consultations
- Planning documents and analyses delivered through our secure client portal or email
- Written summaries and action items following each meeting
- Ongoing access to your dedicated advisor by email or scheduled call
3.2 Timeline
- Discovery Consultation: scheduled within a typical window of one to two weeks after booking, subject to availability
- Financial Planning Engagement: the discovery and strategy phases generally span 30 to 90 days after the engagement letter is signed and complete client information is received
- Ongoing Advisory: service begins immediately upon execution of the engagement letter and continues for the term specified
Specific timelines for your engagement are documented in your individual engagement letter.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees, payment cadence, and payment methods are disclosed in writing before any engagement begins and are documented in your engagement letter. Depending on the service, fees may be:
- One-time planning fees
- Monthly, quarterly, or annual advisory retainers
- Investment management fees (billed through the separate RIA engagement)
- Insurance commissions (paid by carriers, not invoiced to you, when elected)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees according to the schedule set forth in your engagement letter.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Discovery consultations
You may reschedule or cancel a discovery consultation at any time before the scheduled meeting. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice as a courtesy.
5.2 Planning engagements
You may terminate a planning engagement at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. Specific notice periods, if any, are set forth in your engagement letter.
5.3 Ongoing advisory subscriptions
For ongoing advisory engagements billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual), you may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Discovery consultations
Discovery consultations are typically offered at no charge. If a discovery consultation is paid and the meeting has not yet occurred, you may request a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time.
6.2 Planning engagements
For one-time planning engagements paid up front, you may request a pro-rated refund of unearned fees if you terminate the engagement before the planning work is substantially complete. Fees earned through the termination date — including hours worked, analyses prepared, and meetings conducted — are non-refundable.
6.3 Ongoing advisory subscriptions
Ongoing advisory fees billed in advance for a period are generally non-refundable for that period, except as required by law or specified in your engagement letter. Cancellation simply stops future billing cycles.
6.4 Investment management and insurance
Investment management fees are governed by the separate RIA engagement with Atlas Financial. Insurance commissions, when applicable, are paid by carriers and are subject to carrier-specific chargeback rules; no refund is due from Full Bloom Wealth in either case.
6.5 How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, the date of payment, and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe) and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
7. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing questions promptly and fairly.
